If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we do ask for at least 24 hours notice otherwise we regret that there is an automatic 50% cancellation fee. Credit or debit card details will need to be taken at the time of booking for this reason but you don’t need to use this method of payment on the day of your treatment.
